Vehicle Reservation Terms & Conditions

By placing a vehicle reservation through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Fee

   A £99 fully refundable fee is required to reserve a vehicle.

   If you choose to proceed with the purchase, the £99 will be deducted from the final balance.

   If you decide not to proceed, the fee will be refunded in full.

2. Reservation Duration

   Your reservation will hold the vehicle exclusively for you for up to 48 hours, or until you view the vehicle in person, whichever comes first.

   After this period or vehicle viewing, the vehicle may be made available to other customers.

3. Vehicle Viewing

   Viewing includes any in-person inspection or accompanied test drive at our dealership.

   Once you view the vehicle, your reservation will expire regardless of the time remaining in the 48-hour window.

4. One Reservation per Customer

   Each customer may reserve only one vehicle at a time.

   The same vehicle cannot be reserved more than once by the same individual.

5. Non-Transferable

   Reservations are non-transferable and must be made in the name of the individual who intends to view or purchase the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Availability

   We make every effort to ensure the vehicle is available once reserved. However, in rare cases where a vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund of the reservation fee.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

   You may cancel your reservation at any time by contacting us directly.

   Upon cancellation, the £99 fee will be refunded in full, typically within 3–5 working days.

8. Right to Amend

   We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
